UK Telecare Readiness Survey Results
Tuesday, December 6th, 2005The Telecare Alliance’s survey of English councils with social services responsibilities confirms that just six months before the Preventative Technology Grant is to be made available to them, only a quarter were starting to put in place plans to introduce telecare and, of those, most have not yet considered the strategic issues in a comprehensive way. That leaves a sizeable majority of councils that have made little or no preparation.
